Yuexiu Property is one of the first comprehensive real estate developers in China. It currently has a presence in 30 cities nationwide, with its contracted sales volume consistently exceeding RMB 100 billion, ranking among the top 10 in the industry.

Chong Hing Bank is a comprehensive commercial bank featuring cross-border, collaborative, and digital characteristics. With a business layout of “5 branches + 12 sub-branches” in the mainland, it has achieved full coverage of China’s four first-tier cities and has been ranked among the world’s top 400 banks for seven consecutive years.

The transport segment holds 17 expressway projects with toll roads stretching over 1,000 kilometers in total and its toll revenue ranking among the top five of its peer listed companies. It has built three major platforms of “listed companies, public REITs, and project incubation”.

For the dairy business, it acquired Huishan Dairy, the largest dairy enterprise in Liaoning, forming a nationwide layout of “Fengxing Dairy in the south, Great Wall Dairy in the middle, and Huishan Dairy in the north”.

The food sector has established two full industrial chains in hog farming and dairy. For the agricultural and animal husbandry food business, its hog farming operations span Guangdong, Guizhou and other regions, with a production capacity reaching 2 million head. It owns King of Kings, the leading brand of Cantonese-style preserved meat.

The greater health sector primarily develops businesses such as elderly care, precision medicine, health monitoring, and health-related pharmaceuticals and devices. Yuexiu Health & Wellness operates 21 projects nationwide providing 8,000 beds, and has established a three-tier service system of“elderly care urban complexes, community-based elderly care institutions and home care services for the elderly” in Guangzhou, ranking first in the city in terms of bed capacity.

The high-end manufacturing business possesses benchmark industrial parks including GZ-HK Intelligent Valley and GZ-HK Cloud Valley, both located adjacent to HKUST(GZ), and will focus on such areas as embodied intelligence, robotics, intelligent equipment, and intelligent terminals.
