Just recently, the cooperation enterprise of the old town renovation project of Dongliu Village, Dagang Town, Nansha, Guangzhou was freshly released.

This morning, representatives of the main members of the Dongliu Village renewal and transformation project investment team in Dagang Town, Nansha held a vote and agreed that Yuexiu Real Estate will be the co-operative enterprise of the old town transformation project in Dongliu Village, Nansha. This is also the first show of Yuexiu Real Estate in Nansha's old town renovation projects.

Excellent location of the project, located in the advanced manufacturing base

Dongliu Village is the sixth old town renovation project in Nansha through the trading platform, with a total investment of about RMB 681 million.

The village is located at the intersection of Dagang industrial development axis and urban development axis. It is connected to the central area of Jiaomen River in the east, the starting area of Mingzhu Bay in Nansha in the south, Shunde District in Foshan in the west, and Panyu Central District in the north. The above areas can be reached in about 30 minutes from Dongliu Village.

The total registered population of the village collective economic organization is 1,124. The main content of the project cooperation is the comprehensive transformation of the old village of Dongliu Village, the comprehensive renovation of the old factory buildings, and the minor renovation of the new village.

The total development area of the old town renovation is nearly 250,000 square meters, including 184,400 square meters of the renovation of the old village and 65,300 square meters of the retained land cooperative development. According to the previously publicized control plan of Dongliu Village, Dagang Town, there is a planned 12-class kindergartens and a 24-class primary school.

 It is worth mentioning that Dagang Town is positioned as an important production service and advanced manufacturing base in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau. Dongliu Village is adjacent to the town government of Dagang Town, and it belongs to the residential center of Dagang Town with a strong residential atmosphere. However, the surrounding new residential projects are scarce, and the nearest new residential project is currently selling at an average price of RMB 20,000/Square meter.

Yuexiu real estate "old town renovation" gene helps construction of the Greater Bay Area
