Mr. Zhang Zhaoxing served as Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Vice Chairman and General Manager of Guangzhou Yuexiu Holdings Limited and Yuexiu Enterprises (Holdings) Limited, Chairman of Guangzhou Yuexiu Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Chairman and General Manager of Yuexiu Property Company Limited, Chairman of Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited, Director and General Manager of Guangzhou Radio Group Co., Ltd., and other roles. He has rich working experience in business operations and financial management.

Mr. Zhang Zhaoxing has been a representative of the 12th National People's Congress, a representative of the 9th, 10th, 11th and 13th National People's Congress of Guangdong Province, a representative of the 10th and 11th Communist Party Congress of Guangzhou Municipality, a representative of the 14th Guangzhou People's Congress.
